Nicholas Gorick has lived and breathed beauty for the last 16 years. Nicholas began his career as a Beauty Advisor and was quickly promoted to Area Manager for Unilever Cosmetics, then to State Manager for L’Oreal Luxury Products. Nicholas left L’Oreal to assume the post of National Sales Director for Cosmax Prestige Brands where his portfolio included: Procter & Gamble, Beaute Prestige International, Parlux, Bulgari, Burberry and Inter-Parfums. Over his ten year tenure and with his selected team, Nicholas took Cosmax from the smallest independent distributor in the Australian market to what was once the largest supplier of fragrances in the country. Nicholas was involved in negotiations at all levels with the brands that Cosmax represented. His reputation is a force to be reckoned with in the industry, his commitment to product growth has lured many successful brands to the Cosmax portfolio.

The intriguing and exciting industry that is Fragrance and Beauty reflects Pam Wilson’s professional expertise.
Pam’s career began with Avon Australia and it was at Avon, working on both fragrance and skincare portfolios, that Pam’s passion was ignited.
Pam moved from the arena of Direct Selling to work for Cosmax Prestige Brands as a Brand Manager for the BPI portfolio in 2004. During her 10 year tenure at Cosmax Prestige Brands, Pam was promoted to the position of Marketing Manager and then to Marketing Director overseeing, what was at the time, the largest independently owned portfolio of fragrance and beauty brands in the Australian market place. Directing a team of 11, Pam orchestrated the complete marketing and public relations functions of the business, coordinating the launch and relaunch of a multitude of brands such as Narciso Rodriguez, Elie Saab, Burberry Beauty and Jimmy Choo. The Beauty Industry is her passion, her raison d’etre ‐ for Pam there can be no escaping it, it is quite simply an integral component of her make up and it is this completely natural passion and enthusiasm that assures her brands the success they deserve.
As Australia is such a dynamic, exciting and ever changing market place, it is enormously satisfying to know that this industry will remain “Forever Young”!
